The notion of power and its potential misuse is not a new theme in my songwriting. It’s unfortunate that a highly developed sense of entitlement often leads people to behave badly. Although this song is about a particular person and situation, I think there is a universal element to it. No names to protect the guilty – but some folks may recognise the scenario!
